Day 6️⃣

Two more days before hitting the one-week mark. By day six my stomach has adjusted well. I’m feeling good. Maybe I’m getting ahead of myself, but afraid of hitting a plateau level where little change occurs. As weeks progress, I’ll cut back even more to see how the body reacts.

Keep in mind, I’m not doing any activities while on this fast. No gym, no jogging, no walks etc. Plus my knee has been acting up. A few months back I may have messed up my meniscus during a soccer match. Need to get an MRI to see what I did exactly. Hoping to avoid surgery at all costs, but better to take care of it sooner than later. Miss going for a run outside-especially as we near Summer. Maybe cycling is in the cards as it will be less strenuous on the knee. I’m set to see my orthopedic physician early next month. I’ll still be on my diet then but closer to the deadline.
