Day 1️⃣5️⃣

Halfway point! Two weeks down and two more to go… Looking back I’m glad to be where I’m currently at. Just wished I’d done this a bit earlier instead of pushing it back many times. Again, not only do I feel healthier, look slimmer and on a positive note most of the time, but mentally see and think clearer. Ya know, without the noise in between that results in distraction. From the usual things that get under my skin—traffic jams, angry clients thinking they know me, favorite teams losing, etc., to now being okay with it. Def does something to the chemicals in your psyche. There’s somethings that still disappoint me, but not as intense I’ll say.

With two weeks left, I researched the food calories I’m digesting. I’d like to track my consumption. So far this is what I have-

Apple = about 95 calories
Orange = about 70 calories
Baby Carrots = 4 calories (each)
Broccoli = 30 calories (1cup); 5 calories per floret

Today I had the following-
8:30am - 1 apple.
1:30pm – 10 florets of broccoli.
7:00 pm – 4 cups of broccoli & 10 baby carrots.

For a total = about 305 calories.

Going into the third week, I’ll set certain times during the day to take my meals instead of grabbing veggies here and there as I please. Start with one piece of fruit in the morning, 2nd meal will be around 11am with a cup of carrots or broccoli. And last meal would be before 5pm. After that it will be all water going forward.
